David Briggs is the owner of the largest Mosquito control company in New England and one of the largest privately held lawn care companies in the country. He is also the principal founder of NRi which he started in 2003. As president of the venture, he is responsible for the overall development and strategic movement of the team. And as team manager, he deals with media, promotions, organization of the team, weekly feedback to sponsors and more.

John Gaumond is the Managing Director of NRi. John has been Involved with AMA professional racing for over 20 years. In the eighties he ran Pro National series for several years and worked with top amateur riders to help them develop their riding skills. At NRi, he will be involved with development of the rider skill and will work with the mechanics, engine builders and suspension department to insure proper bike set up and performance. John has a knack for getting the most out of a rider’s ability and strengthening mental attitude. He will also scout for the team in search of great talent.

Deb Torrance is the Director of Pro/Amateur Racing at NRi. Deb brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. She has been involved in Motocross for more than ten years, managing some of the best amateur riders in the country. In addition, Deb has a great deal of experience working with corporate sponsors and rider relations. Her involvement with many local and national race organizations such as Kawasaki Team Green and New England Motocross Association (NEMA), provide her with additional knowledge and connections in the industry. Deb will be responsible for all NRi Amateur and Pro-Am racing events. Deb has developed a personal training program designed to provide our young riders with the skills and the confidence necessary to represent themselves and the team professionally when dealing with sponsors and the general public.

Brad Maher has over 20 years of experience in the affinity and partnership marketing industry. He has worked with companies such as BancOne, BlockBuster, and Sally Mae Home Loans. Additionally Brad was directly responsible for sponsorship programs created for Olympic Development teams such as USA Hockey, Swimming, and Volleyball, select NHL, NBA and the credit card program for Major League Soccer. In 1999 Brad founded Partnership Resources, LLC that specialized in creating and identifying revenue generating program for the collegiate marketplace. Some of his clients were the University of Southern California and the United States Air Force Academy. He has been a speaker at various conferences and is a current Board Member for the Alumni Association at Babson College.
